  • Customized training plans

    Feel confident in your training knowing that your plan is customized to your unique goals and experiences. I work in the Training Peaks platform to optimize your experience. This can be downloaded to your phone so you have your workouts and feedback on demand. Your Training Peaks account is free through my coaching. If you ever choose to stop coaching, your training plan and previous workouts are yours to keep.

  • phone call and text message support

    I’m here for you to answer any questions you have regarding your training and racing, nutrition or equipment. Whether you need a pep talk, to switch a workout due to schedule changes, have an issue with your bike or watch, or having tummy troubles and need to salvage a long run, let my experience guide yours.

  • race plan and support

    As your coach, I want you to be as confident as possible in your race day plan. Prior to your race, we have unlimited communication so you feel supported and ready to complete your race knowing you are controlling everything you can, and you have my knowledge and experience to navigate the things you can’t control. I upload a customized race plan and we will talk through the course, race morning, nutrition and hydration, taper, equipment needs, and anything else you have questions about for your race.

  • flexibility

    Whether you have kids, a demanding career, enjoy other activities outside of endurance training, or are having a hard time fitting training into a busy travel schedule, I’m here to work with you to make your training fit to your needs in a sustainable way that makes sense.

  • weekly feedback

    I provide at feedback on almost every workout on Training Peaks and check in via text message or phone call to ensure you know you’re on the right track, and let you know if we need to make a change.

  • zone based training

    During your training we will do frequent testing and use your races to ensure your heart rate and pace zones are optimized for your performance

  • Pricing starts at $150/month

1:1 in person coaching

  • form feedback

    With so many things being virtual and online, sometimes you just need in person feedback. I can provide running form feedback, coached track sessions, swim coaching, and bike fit support. This option is available in addition to my online coaching and is not available as a separate service.

  • race day support

    If you’re local to the Boston area and would like race day support - whether it’s a local triathlon or the Boston Marathon, let’s talk about your race day needs and what I can provide.

    Pricing starts at $50/hour, or $100 per 20 week training plan, pricing may vary based on needs
