You were inspired and invested in yourself and fitness by signing up for a race, you deserve a great coach who believes in you and has both the personal and technical experience to help get you to your goals! I work with your current life stressors and limitations to build a training plan that is sustainable and healthy for you, while always looking forward. Do you only run with a stroller because you don’t have childcare? We can work with that. Do you have limited time to strength train and don’t have a gym membership? That’s okay! Do you need to move your long runs to midweek so you can spend time with your family on weekends? No problem. We’ll figure it out together.

I don’t copy/paste training programs, I will input YOUR data and design a program specifically for you! Every athlete is unique and deserves time and effort put into their training. If something changes, I will make appropriate changes to your plan. Going on vacation? Sick? Injured? Burnt out? Let’s figure it out together. I’m available to you 24/7.

Experience matters: I have over 15 years of endurance racing experience. I married my triathlon team teammate, who raced as a professional triathlete and coached the Air Force Academy triathlon team. I’ve done countless triathlons (literally, I lost count of how many I’ve done- yikes!), 3 full Ironmans, several half Ironmans (also lost count of these), trail races, ultra marathons, and big city races such as the Boston Marathon. I’ve coached and sherpa’d 100+ mile runs, so I know the ins and outs of all types of endurance racing. Don’t know the difference between a wetsuit and a swimskin? A tri bike and a road bike? Intimidated by transitions, or a mass swim start? Worried about race day nutrition and hydration? Overwhelmed with what you’ll need for your 100 mile race? I can help. And if I don’t know the answer, I bet I have a friend who does. I know a few things because I’ve seen a few things. In the end, I truly care. I really want you to succeed, and I really want you to love the sport as much as I do and make it a lifelong commitment to health.
